faulty air conditioning unprovided fan
The air conditioning wasn't working during my five-night stay. I asked for a fan, but staff never provided one. Because of that, I had to keep my balcony door open. Cars made a lot of noise and kept me from sleeping well.

spa massage helpful staff
The room was spacious and very clean. All facilities seemed quite new. The spa was lovely, and I enjoyed a massage. I also used the steam room and sauna. The staff were friendly and very helpful .
The layout required going through one building, over a bridge above the pool, and through the restaurant to reach the room. This setup felt a bit inconvenient.

The staff helped rent a car at a discounted rate after a few nights. Reception offered cold, wet towels upon arrival on a hot day. It was a nice gesture. They were really happy to serve you.

great location heated pool varied breakfast
i enjoyed the close proximity to beachfront shops. the hotel featured both an indoor and outdoor heated pool, beneficial. breakfast had multiple options and the staff were really cute, which i value highly.
the gym only had basic equipment.

the outside heated pool had sufficient loungers to relax near the bar. i noticed a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes, accessible to all guests at no extra charge.

clean room comfortable bed sound insulation towel hook
i liked that the beautiful studio suite was very clean and modern. the staff was friendly and allowed me to check in a bit early too. the bed was quite comfortable too
the first room had no privacy i think the sound insulation was poor. there were no hooks for towels or robes except one inside the bathtub making it hard to keep things dry

The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of choices including a cooked breakfast. our apartment was fabulous. It felt perfect for the family. plenty of sunbeds were available by the pool. it was charming.

The beautiful one-bedroom suite was spacious (it included a living area) and very clean. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. I found extra pillows in the wardrobe.
The coffee from the breakfast espresso machine was not the best.
